Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
50% charge for cancellations within 24-48 hours
Full charge for cancellations within 24 hours
No-shows will be charged in full

Non-refundable deposit required
72-hour cancellation policy applies
Special terms for group bookings

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed:

Within 5-7 business days
To the original payment method
In the original currency of payment

4. Modifications

Reservation modifications are:

Free of charge if made 48 hours in advance
Subject to rate differences
